I am having trouble signing in to start my Turbo Tax entries. I've followed all instructions and it's keeps asking for more information. Aggravating.
Be sure you are logging in using the same account you filed or started your tax return in. If you are unsure of your user ID. You can get a list of your User ID's and recover accounts by using The Turbo Tax recovery tool. Be sure to run the tool on all email addresses, if you have more than one.
Follow these steps to get help recovering your login information:
I can not get signed in. You send text o my landline with a code and not my mobile phone. You send a code to my landline and it doesn't work. Frustrating. The it I must wait 15 minutes. Then another 15 minutes.
You will need to update your phone number on file from a landline to your mobile phone; you may also opt to have the code sent to your email. Please review this thread for the steps. You may also review the following FAQ regarding verification code issues @Gettingmad.
