Sign in to Northwest Mutual Ins

I am trying to sign in to my NWM account to download my tax 1099 data. I can sign in online to my NWM acct. while not using Turbo Tax just fine. However, when using Turbo tax when attempting to sign in my password is not accepted. I have contacted NWM and as expected they say the problem is with Turbo Tax. I have signed in to both Fidelity and Huntington NB to perform these same downloads and I have no problem getting signed in.

There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
