Sign back into TurboTax Select “File” on the left navigation bar Select the “Revisit” button in Step 2 Select the “Refund Advance” option. Y can't I find file anywhere?

This is the email TurboTax sent me however when I sign on step 2 is no where to be found

Are you using TurboTax Online or a download? Have you tried signing out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies.
