No. If you are not legally married as of 12/31/2025 then you can only file your 2025 tax return as Single or if you have a qualifying dependent, Head of Household.
If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. You can not remove a spouse, especially if they are the first one listed on your return. Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. No. If you were unmarried (divorced) as of December 31 you cannot use the filing status Married Filing Joint. You have to file as Single, or if you qualify, Head of Household.
