Should qualified dividends be reported twice or only reported once as a qualified dividend only?

Enter the amounts from your Form 1099-DIV in the corresponding boxes in TurboTax, just as they appear on the 1099-DIV that you received from the financial institution.

The qualified dividends in 1099-DIV box 1b are included in the total ordinary dividends in box 1a. Just enter the amounts exactly as they appear on the 1099-DIV. TurboTax will report them correctly on your tax return.
