Should my taxes that I am mailing include 1099s attached?

According to the IRS, you should attach a copy of Forms W-2, W-2G and 2439 to the front of Form 1040. Also, attach Forms 1099-R if tax was withheld. Please view my (screenshot) below for more detailed instructions. 

Instructions for preparing and mailing you state return(s) can be found on your state website.
