Should I send money with my state taxes when I mail them out because it shows it will automatically be deducted from my account when I originally planned to esign them?

If on your printed tax return that you are mailing to the state is showing your banking information and a scheduled direct debit do not mail the payment. If the printed return does not show a scheduled debit on the form then yes you can include your mailed check along with the payment voucher.
