Should I put the income I made in Pennsylvania on my return, I only worked for a month and I don’t have my w-2

You must report this income and file a Pennsylvania state return if you meet the requirements below.

  • You received total Pennsylvania gross taxable income in excess of $33, even if no tax is due.
  • You incurred a loss from any transaction as an individual, sole proprietor, partner in a partnership or Pennsylvania S corporation shareholder.

ALL income is to be reported of your federal income tax return.  Remember that the IRS has a copy of all W2s and will be expecting you to report it.  Call your PA employer to get a copy.
