Should I have received a w-2 from unemployment in the mail?

I don't have the information on my 1099 to enter it. I was receiving unemployment in 2016 from jan-march

You should get a 1099G for unemployment compensation. If your state did not mail it, it could be available on the state's unemployment website. You do need to include it on your tax return.
