I am married but my wife only worked for a short time and made under $300.00.

Should I file married head of house?
There is no such filing status. If you are married and you live together, you can not legally file as Head of Household, and you can not ever claim your spouse as a dependent. Illegal.
You can file as married filing Jointly even it one of you had little or no income.
You can file as married filing Jointly even it one of you had little or no income.
