If you are married and living together you cannot file as Head of Household.  The best filing status would be Married Filing Joint even if only one spouse has income.  You would just enter your spouse’s personal information.

Q. Should I file Jointly if only I worked and my spouse did not?

A. Simple answer: Yes.

Filing separately is rarely the correct way. Nothing you described would support filing separately. That said, the only way to be sure is too prepare returns both ways and compare and that ain't easy.
