Should I continue to file my taxes if I am getting emails saying it has yet to be filed

I am getting emails saying I have not completed it as well and to come back to finish it, though I am worried I am going to be flagged for fraud for something I am not meaning for!

Have you actually filed your return, and has it been Accepted?  If not, TT sends out periodic reminders.

If you have not filed your tax return, you will get email reminders from TurboTax- there is not reason for concern.  See Data And Security Help Articles | TurboTax Desktop® Support.
