I lost my daughter 9/27/17 after having emergency surgery. They could not tell whose heartbeat was whose and by the time the performed the csection it was to late. They tried to revive her but she was gone. I do not have a SSN. But I do have her death certificate. Do i still still get the child tax credit?

You can only claim a child as a dependent if it was born alive, and then died. The child doesn't have live long, but must be born alive. Stillborn children can't be claimed as dependents.
You would need to file by mail. Leave the space for SSN blank. When you print your return, write "deceased" and the date in the spot for the SSN, and attach copies of medical records or a birth certificate and death certificate showing both that the child was born alive and that it died.
