Should he claim all of us? I am unmarried with the father of my 2 kids living in home, we both work fulltime but he makes more than me.

He cannot claim you if you earned more then $4,050 in 2017. Usually the higher income parent will get the best tax advantage, but the only way to know for sure is to do dummy returns various ways and pick the best overall result.
