Is "21.275.08 " supposed to be a dollar amount? Do you actually mean $21,275.08" ? You have no dollar sign and used only decimals. Why do you think you should be getting a bill? For what, specifically? If you have a tax form that shows you owe tax due, you were supposed to pay it when you filed your tax return.
