Shoul I add a W2 that only has $.13 in Box 1? Can I exclude it or do I need to add it and mail in my return?

The W2 came from my wife's old company which she didnt even work for in 2018 (her last day there was at the end of December 2017). I'm not even sure why she received a W2 from them since she did not receive any pay from them in 2018.

No, you do not have to add it. Because of the amount, the program will round it down to zero. However, if there are significant amounts in box 12 or 14, then you must report the W-2.
