My wife hasn't legally changed her surname yet. Should I list her surname as her maiden name or should I list her under my surname?

She should list her name as it is listed on her most recent social security card, as that is what the IRS will match it to.

When I filed I seen a section stating Credit Earned for wrongful Death so sorry for your list Contact Turbo TAx with your situation
