I'm separated from wife but I'm still paying mortgage and some bills where my kids still live.
In what section do I claim that?
Is it considered child support? even though we are not divorced and there's no document from the state that I should pay child support.
Thanks

Since you pay the mortgage and - I assume the house is collateral -that you have an interest in, you would be able to deduct the mortgage interest. Child support is not a deduction since it is a parental obligation.
Do you still own the house? If so, then you can deduct the interest and property taxes on schedule A as if you still lived there.
After the divorce, if you are ordered to continue making payments, then part or all of the payment might be considered alimony, which is not tax deductible to you. You should review publication 504 on separated and divorced individuals, there's a lot there you will need to know.
