I am reaching out for help so i can understand what happened. I applied for my 2020 federal return on date 02/12/21, it was sent on date March 3, 2021 for direct deposit. The amount $3,272.00  Thank you in advance!

TT does not receive your tax refund.   It would have gone back to the IRS, which will mail you a check.

Having your refund sent to someone else's account is a big mistake.   You should not do that.   The bank will send the refund back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return--delaying your refund by several weeks.

TurboTax does not have your refund and does not re-send it.  That will be done by the IRS.  TurboTax never touches your refund.
