I need to deduct my Medicare premiums on Schedule 1 (Form 1040), line 17. I can't seem to navigate there even following Turbo Tax instructions. Does anybody know how to get there?

You will need to follow the flow of entering your Self-employment Income and expenses. As you are going through the program you will come to a section to enter you business expenses.
Find the category for "Health Insurance Premiums". Enter the amounts you paid there, and TurboTax will make sure that amount gets placed on the correct Form and Line. The self-employed health insurance deduction shows up on Schedule 1, line 17
