Hi - This is regarding Schedule E Wks: Specifically the (QBI Section 199A) Losses by Year Smark Worksheet (cont)

1. I have been using the same TT program home biz for Mac for the last approx 9 or 10 years FYI.
2. Under "Passive loss carry forwards to 2021"
a. My 2018 "Regular Tax" and "QBI" entries were AUTOMATICALLY carried over into my tax year 2020 TT program
b. BUT for 2019 tax year: only the "Regular Tax" value was pulled in by TT. The QBI is currently blank and called out as an error during the final automated checks.
3. QUESTION: where exactly is this QBI value in my 2019 tax year return?
4. I looked in my 2018 tax year returns for the values TT 2020 pulled in but I cannot find them at all. I was hoping if I could locate the 2018 tax year values then I would know where to look in my 2019 tax year return. but per this bullet - no such luck.
5. Any help y'all could provide would be much appreciated.
6. Side question - i'm confused why TT2020 pulled in my 2018 data but NOT all of my 2019 tax year data.
7. PS Yes I updated my TT2020 program just today so I know it's not because I haven't updated the program.
