Scam Fraud. Misleading Email

This app is terrible. After seeing the commercials for free filing. I decided to give it another try. My first experience file waited 4 months called almost every day. After months I got a supervisor who told me that there bank had my funds and that I needed to verify my identity. So for that process was another 83 dollars plus the 200 I had already spent. Now got am email 10 days ago from turbotax stating your refund is on the way. Still nothing was deposited. We should team up and file a law sue against this company
