Says my 2023 return was not finished, though I have emails that said it was accepted? Want to finish my 2024 taxes

You might be looking in the wrong account if it is saying you did not file 2023, since you believe you have emails that say 2023 was accepted.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

And....you will need to finish and e-file 2024 by 10-15-2025, or you will have to file 2024 by mail.
