Says i need to file my federal tax return by mail. when I select file by mail it keeps bringing me back to the same page

I'm fine with filing by mail but it won'd let me get to the print out

In order to print your return, please do the following:

1. Sign in and click the orange Take me to my return button.

2. Click on My Account at the top of the page in blue

3. Select Print Center.
