You have a missing primary or spouse signature checkbox on the New York E-file Declaration statement.

This has been corrected and you need to resubmit your return. If you submitted it yesterday, it will likely reject but if you resubmit today or after, you should have success.
Just attempted to file again. It lets me go through the screens until I get to the last page. Clicking the “transmit my returns now” button doesn’t work currently. My return has been rejected 4 times now because of this issue. Very frustrating
The declaration to file your state page never pops up for me. Just the transmit return page and make pins for myself and my spouse and then click transmit return. I don’t get a prompt to check off any box for neither of us either.
What am I supposed to do if it just loops me in circles endlessly? I can’t even submit to refile no matter what I do. I was on the phone with support for over an hour and a half last week and they told me to wait until I got my federal refund. Which I’ve done. But I can’t print or do anything. I’m just stuck in a loop and it’s very frustrating.
