You are asking from TT Online, which is only good for one 2020 personal tax return per account.  However, your screen name suggest that you are a business, so please clarify which version of TT you are using, and for which tax year.

Hi.  Thanks.  I am using the 2020 Home and Business version.  I guess it may not be online.  It was a download that I purchased through Amazon and says it comes with 5 Federal e-files but it only let me do 3, plus 1 that was rejected.  I should have 1 left.
