Says I didn’t file my 2017taxes with you guys. I used this username and email address and have the emails from 3/2018 stating that my 2017return was accepted. I need the AGI to complete my 2018

I would suggest checking to see if you have any other usernames linked to that email address.  You may have inadvertently created another account using the same email address, and filed under that account.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302270

In the meantime, you can get a free copy of your 2017 tax return transcript from the IRS.  This will include your AGI, and the online version of the transcript is available the same day for your convenience.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301999
