I purchased the sam's club Turbo tax deluxe email version which has the $10 in product credit. I downloaded this to my computer and did my taxes. When I went to pay for the state e-file the credit did not apply. Who do I contact to get the credit.

Did you ever get your credit? I just efiled mine today 10/15/25 and did NOT get my $10 credit either.
