S-Corp - End of Year Shares Held

Using TurboTax Business for S-Corp. In the Shareholder Information section it will not allow me to uncheck the box indicating that last year was the last year shares were held. I believe is this causing my End year shares held to be zero. How do I fix this?

I presume you transferred your 1120-S from last year into the current year's program.

If so, you may have to fix the issue in the previous year's program and re-transfer (either that or enter the information from scratch).

if no shares were held last year, it would seem you converted it to another type of tax entity. like a sole proprietorship.  a final S-Corp return should have been filed last year. I would recommend you have a tax pro go over the entire situation so the proper filings are done.
