Rules around Roth IRA investments

I have a Retirement Funds with my employer

Not sure what the  limit is ... But say the IRS limit is $6,500 (below 50 yrs of age) , Could I put away in these accounts the full max allowed amounts (I know only a partial amount is tax deductible due to the employers Retirement Funds)

Yes. The difference is tax deductible or not. You are much more limited by the tax deferred portion. You can make more contributions that are taxed.    Please see this chart provided by The Tax Book.

Any chance of making that chart larger so it can be read?

You can also save the image and enlarge it if you still cannot read it.
