Return rejected form 5695

My fiancée and I filed same day. We share a home and all expenses, we shared the cost of solar and both claimed our portion of the tax credit. Her return was accepted and has already been paid back, my has been rejected the 1st time and again on the 17th when we were told to refill.

Is this going to be fixed

Return rejected form 5695

The IRS says they will start accepting these returns on the 27th of March.
