I sold four items on Mercari and made around $90. I sold them for profit. Do I have to file anything or fill out a specific form?

This is self-employment income.  You will need to file a schedule C.  You go down to business items in the wages and income section of your federal return and click start next to 'Business Income and Expenses'.  Then enter all of the information about the sales that you made.  You will be taxed only on your profits so make sure to get all of your expenses entered.
