The person on the phone shadowed my screen to see the issue.
Missouri doesn't tax federal obligations like T-bill interest.
On the 1099-DIV there is a question about if any of the reported income was from US obligations.
However, on the MO-A line 8 it miscalculates by ignoring one spouse and doubling the other spouse's amount.
THIS leads to a miscalculation.
I just want to know when it will be fixed??

I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file, which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
TurboTax Online:
TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:
*(If using a MAC, go to the menu at the top of the screen, select Help, then, “Send Tax File to Agent”
I already spoke with some one who looked at the file. I want to know when it will be fixed
Thanks again for your feedback. There are no known issues currently in this regard and we don't have an estimate on when it'll be resolved.
We are happy to help report this for further investigation, but will need a diagnostic file from you to get started. Please follow the steps given by LindaS5247 above and reply back with your token for further assistance.
How are there no known issues when I reported this to someone on the phone who shadowed my computer last week??????
When someone looks at your return on the phone, they do not have a diagnostic copy. Sending a diagnostic copy allows us to see the entries on your return and see where they are coming from and if there is an error in calculations or something else going on. It does remove your personal info such as your name, address and ssn. When we are not able to reproduce an issue, and it is not in the list of known issues, the first step is to look at the diagnostic copy, then we can escalate it if we can verify that there is an error in TurboTax or provide the customer a solution so they can finish their taxes.
