Report estimated 2016 Fed Taxes paid quarterly.

Federal (1040ES) payments are entered as follows:

Federal Taxes
Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to Estimates and Other taxes Paid
Select Estimates

Note: state and local estimated payments that you made are entered in Deductions and Credits section as well. Once they are entered, TurboTax automatically transfers the state/local payments to their respective returns
