When will the Rental Real Estate Sale of Property/Depreciation option in TurboTax 2023 be available?  It is not yet available in the current release on 2023.

Form 4797 Sales of Business Property is scheduled to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 01/17/2024

That's good to know, however, I am not asking about 4797 specifically.  When you're in the 2023 version using Step-by-Step and click on the Update Button of the "Sale of Property/Depreciation" link in Rental Real Estate,  you are told, "This section will be ready soon."  That's what I'm asking about.  It's possible that since that code updates 4797, your answer applies here too, but that's what I'm asking about.  I need this to get a better handle on my 2023 withholding, so if it's not going to be available this year, I'll use my 2022 return and modify it to estimate the effect of the sale, etc.

That would seem to indicate an internal software procedure and calculations so that type of information of when it will be available is not shared with us in this forum.  Sorry, could not be of more help.
