Rental Income Depreciation and Amortization Status

So it is now the 16th of February.  What is the status of the updating the Rental Income Depreciation and Amortization.  We keep getting "we hope" it will be completed  by a certain date.  What is the cause of the delay as other tax processors have their systems updated. How do we escalate this issue?

Other "tax processors" have not updated their systems. H&R Block, for example, has not yet updated their rental section to include depreciation. 

Intuit has purportedly scheduled an update for Thursday night or Friday.

I beg to differ but am not going to argue with you.  Hopefully Turbo Tax will have theirs ready by Thursday or Friday but they have given dates in the past where nothing happened.

I'm not going to argue with you either because I actually have proof.

I also have several other tax prep programs and H&R Block's is NOT finished.
