I have a slightly annoying issue. One of my student loan providers updated how their accounts are reported in their API. This caused the old accounts to become inactive and new duplicates of all those accounts have the new balance. This happened in March.
This worked just fine but unfortunately Mint received a balance from both the new and old accounts for the month of March. This results in the balance doubling on my student loans for March, which makes me debts trend chart wrong.
I would like to be able to just delete the balance reported from the old account for march so that all the reports would be correct again. I've tried modifying the transaction details on the accounts themselves but haven't had any luck. I can't access the transactions from the Old accounts because they're marked inactive and I can't mark them as active to try and change them.
