I have filed my taxes twice, and both times received code "Form_1095A_Hold_Error" for the rejection.
I have ensure that my 1095-A information was input correctly. However, when I am on my deductions overview, it says "2025: Not Started" even though I have fully entered the form and answered related questions.
When I was on the phone with TT today, the rep called that out as strange but there wasn't enough information to find a resolution. (They were very helpful despite a resolution not being available).
I am going to keep working on a resolution, but it seems like the 1095-A information is not being reflected (due to "2025: Not Started") even though its been entered and and I can go back in and review it.

For users with reject Form_1095A_Hold_Error, an e-mail was recently sent with instructions to resubmit. Please try to delete the 1095A and resubmit.
Update: If I input $0.09 in each row in column C, the deductions overview page shows "2025: $1" rather than "Not Started". I am going to try filing with that, and will provide an update on what I hear back.
The email instructions were to log in and follow the steps to resubmit. I logged in and was told to refer to the email for steps to resubmit. I received no additional emails, so I am stuck in a loop of being redirected between the website and the initial rejection email.
I am going through this same problem with no solution! Not sure what to do now!
If you input $1.00 in column C, for January only, that should solve it!
Okay but my January and February are empty because i didn't have anything for those months. So i start off in march. But when i try to put 1.00 in my column c it won't allow me to just do that do u happen to know what to do then?
Should i put 1.00 in january and put 0 in box a and b and leave February blank?
What was the reject code? How do I fix e-file reject F8962-070?
Make sure to Delete both 1095-A and Form 8962. Then close TurboTax, and clear your Cache and Cookies.
Open TurboTax and step through the 1095-A section again. If you have an amount in a column with cents over .50, you can round up to the next dollar (i.e., 1.89 to 2.00).
Let us know if this resolves your Efile error.
