Rejected efile. Completely complicated fix advice. Why must SSAbe involved?

You are using TurboTax Live Deluxe. Please read the TurboTax FAQ, listed below, on how to connect to a live agent to help with your rejected return.

I tried to get an EXPERT but your site ONLY allowed to post these comments.  It did not allow me access to actual contact.  I get ZERO help, but figured it out by myself and have printed and mailed in my returns.  I'm dissatisfied with the TurboTax product and will chose a competitor next year.  They could certainly do no worse.

Please understand that the IRS is who rejected your return, not TT.

I understand that the efile was rejected by IRS.  I don't understand why I can't access the promised services of TurboTax and for that I am most dissatisfied.  Even this snotty answer belies poor customer service and bad attitude.  I needed help, you promised it.  I could not access your help.  I figured it out on my own, so why do I need you and why did I consent to pay for an inaccessible service?  Got it?

It shows your using Live, you should have access to Live help...are you saying the instructions given above to access Live help didn't work for you?

Thus you are not the EXPERTS that TurboTax advertises.  That makes me madder.  Live help was NOT open to me.
