Rejected because previous year's adjusted gross income did not match

My tax return was rejected because the previous year's adjusted gross income did not match, but it does match the amount Turbo Tax automatically populated. 

Also, if I have to file with paper, will I be refunded the $25 state e-file charge since the state did not even try to accept the return after the Federal return was rejected?

Thank you for the reply. I tried selecting the option that I did not file last year. We'll see if that works, but I assume it will.
