So me and my girlfriend own a home together by file separately. We recently had a new energy efficient furnace installed where she paid for it. But when we filed this year we didn't know I also had to file a form 5695 as well. And now her taxes got rejected and says she can't refile til march 17th. Is it possible to just go file through a different site/company instead of waiting the whole month to refile? The $600 tax credit isn't worth the hassle so we would simply file without it.

Or if we decide to keep the 5695 and I amend my tax return to include the 5695 saying I paid $0 on it. How long would it take before she could refile? Or would it go through almost right away after I file an amendment?
Form 5695 with joint occupancy is not being accepted by the IRS until 3/16/25. You can see this on this IRS site. The language you see below is from Row 39 of the Tax Year 2024 spreadsheet.
You could paper file.
Taxpayers claiming Joint Occupancy on Form 5695 will have to file via paper if filing their return before the Form 5695 schema is updated in mid-March. This temporary limitation should only impact a subsection of Form 5695 filers. For a preview of the TY24 draft form and instructions for Form 5695, please see the Draft tax forms on IRS.gov at https://www.irs.gov/draft-tax-forms. Submission of Forms 5695 that do not claim Joint Occupancy may be e-filed at the start of Processing Year 2025
