Yes, the spouse's AGI is exactly the same as the primary taxpayer's AGI if you filed a joint return last year. Reject code IND-032-04 means the IRS database does not match the prior-year AGI or PIN entered for the spouse.
To fix this in TurboTax, enter the full original AGI from Line 11 of your prior-year Form 1040 for both you and your spouse; do not split the amount in half. If the correct amount is still being rejected, try entering 0 (zero) as the AGI, which often works if the IRS hasn't finished processing last year's return.
