Reinstall TT H&B 2024, activation fails with correct key

Had to reinstall TT H&B 2024 on a new windows 11 computer as I received a notice that TT was no longer supported on windows 10.   After download from TT support web site the Activation fails with a 605 error, "license not valid".   It found the correct key as per my account, also matches key found on my purchase receipt.  Entering key manually has same result.     Status  "Installed on 1 of 5 machines".
