Regarding the QuickBooks Self–Employed Offer w/ TurboTax Self–Employed offer...when can i start using QB? Is it immediate, or is it only available after filing (or 4/30)?

Its not clear in the description of this offer if the included "free" year of QB self employed starts as soon as you start using TT online, or after you file the year's taxes.
