Refund of Turbotax fee

I tried to file my taxes with turbo tax however when i printed the forms I found multiple errors in the forms that I was unable to correct.  I ended up going to the IRS site and filing my taxes with the forms provided there.  The 1040 was wrong due to multiple errors with the FORM 2555.  The errors on the form 255 were in part caused by server glitches, but I was unable to find any way to access the errors or delete and resubmit the form.  Time differences between Spain and the US made it impossible to use the online help within the time frame I had.  I would like my Turbo Tax fees returned.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
