Refund of fees

I'm wanting to know how to get a refund of my $70 fees for my tax refund. I opted in to pay the $70 fee for filing rather than the free filing so I could have access to agents. I called multiple times over a span of 2 weeks and was promised my stimulus check would be deposited into my TT card. I was lied to on multiple occasions. And I feel I am 100% entitled to my refund fees due to customer service giving me false information more than once. I can provide proof of phone calls.
