Refund amount caclulated incorrectly on amended return

I mistyped my withholding amount om my original return. On the amended return when i corrected the amount, instead of calculating my correct refund amount, it calculated it to 0. I filed that amended return and the IRS closed my return because the refund amount on the amended return was 0. I need to file another amended return but it is still calculating wrong. I am using the desktop version for 2023.
