I've got two emails, at midnight, with Intuit demanding I reenter my banking credentials, and claiming they changed.
They did not change.
I can still log into my bank with them.
Not only that, my quickbooks online account can access my bank account; I just checked.
So why is Intuit lying that they need my credentials? Why would I respond to this when my account works? How can I not assume Intuit has been hacked AGAIN and lost our financial information AGAIN?
Can any one shed any insight about why in the world Intuit is lying about banking credentials, and trying to trick me into entering them from an email link? If this is a phishing email, the hacker is inside intuit because the email came from Intuit, not spoofed.
Thanks all.
And anyone from Intuit, it would be fantastic if you could explain this without lying. If it's going to be more lying like the other times you were hacked, do us all a favor and save it. We don't need to trust you any less.
