Recovering my 2021 Taxes draft TT

Started doing my taxes yesterday.  Tried continuing today.  Cannot access the entries that I made yesterday.  TT2021 on my dashboard directs  me to start from scratch.  Signing in into my TT account is of no help.  I am using the download version of Intuit TT Home & Business purchased in Costco.  Have tried all the TT on-line suggestions with no success.  Tried calling TT [phone number removed] and [phone number removed] but the automatic answering system ends up sending me e-mails that are not helpful.   In advance, thanks for your valued assistance.

You do not log in to an online account to access the return you started when you used the CD/download.   It is not stored online.   IF you saved it, it is on your own hard drive.   It is not going to auto-save----you have to save it yourself when you use the CD/download.

If you did not save it......sorry.....but you will have to start over.   Every time you are going to stop working on it you need to go up to File and Save it.
