Recieved an email "Your federal tax return was rejected" Logged into turbotax to resubmit, and my return is not there. How do I find my returns to resubmit?

I would check and see if you might have multiple accounts with TurboTax. Your information may be safely stored in a secondary account. You can do so by logging out, and going to the recovery website below for a list of user ID's for any email addresses you may have used.

Thanks for the reply.  I tried this yesterday, and found 2 accounts.  Neither had my return.  Tried calling the support line but it just hangs up on me.  I really need help here, or my taxes are going to be late!
